I’m Michelle. I work with leaders and businesses to make complex ideas clear, credible and useful.
My experience spans executive communications, acquisitions and integration, internal communications, and crisis and issues. I’m a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
I bring a journalist’s curiosity to the brief: what is actually happening, who needs to understand it, and what should the communication help them do?
